The fruit from this wine comes from our hillside and specially pruned and thinned portions of our vineyard that impart its darker color and rich mouth feel. The addition of Cabernet Sauvignon to Merlot increases the complexity of flavors. Cellared for over 24 months in French and American oak barrels, this wine will age and drink very nicely for the next 10 years. 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon.
